Your use and access of our Service is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. We extend these Terms to all individuals who visit, use, or otherwise interact with our Service. 

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, we politely ask that you refrain from using our Service. 

Accounts 

When you create an account with us, please ensure the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Neglecting to do so is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account with our Service. You are responsible for the security of your password and for all activities carried out under your account, whether your password is linked to our Service or a third-party service. We advise against sharing your password with any third party. If you become aware of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account, please inform us immediately. 

Payments 

For all projects, we require a deposit of 60% of the project's total cost to start the work. The remaining 40% is due before we hand over and launch the website. Please be aware that the initial 60% payment becomes non-refundable once we begin work on the first draft. We aim to complete the project within 30 days after receiving the first payment. We provide regular updates and drafts during the project, and we highly value your feedback and suggested revisions during this phase. Any delays in making the final payment before the handover may result in a delay in launching your website until we receive the payment. 

Compliance and Acceptance 

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. You also agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 

Intellectual Property 

Trio Ace Marketing and its licensors retain exclusive ownership of the Service and its original content, features, and functionality. 

Links To Other Websites 

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Trio Ace Marketing. Trio Ace Marketing does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Trio Ace Marketing is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services. We suggest you review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit. 

Termination 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you can simply stop using the Service. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including, but not limited to, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. Please note, if we do not receive updates from you during the website design phase for more than 90 days, we will discontinue the project, and there will be no refund of the initial deposit. 

Disclaimer 

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed according to the laws of Singapore, irrespective of its conflict of law provisions. Failure on our part to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If a court deems any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between us concerning our Service, superseding any prior agreements. 

Changes 

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our discretion. If any changes are significant, we will attempt to give at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. The decision of what constitutes a significant change is solely ours. By continuing to use our Service after the revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, we kindly ask that you stop using our Service.
